looks like a pretty solid routine for the upper body with progressions and tutorials to guide you all the way. im gonna try this workout out this week just gonna have to learn the right form on some of these pdf version /wp-content/uploads/2018/08/bodyweighttribe.com-gym-rings-workout-for-a-greek-god-physique-easy-to-follow-routine.pdf i think this is almost identical to the bodybyrings from fitnessfaq. to be honest, i do not really understand how this works. what to do per day, for how many days a week; rest days? so what you would do is for example monday: push, tuesday: pull, wednesday: legs(it’s not mentioned there but you can add it yourself, or just do a active day, like cardio etc.) and so on. i will try it out too, just need to buy myself a pair of rings!
if you go for a push/pull/legs split, you could do the routine twice a week. you can also do it once a week if you don’t want to have as many sessions in a week. if you feel like at the end of a phase you aren’t yet strong enough to move on the the next, stay on it for another week or two, take your time! i think you do week 1 a1 in the first set of exercises (pike push ups) paired with week 1 a1 from the 2nd set of exercises (ring pull up/chin up) then move on to b1/b1 after you finish your sets and so on. so for the splits is it saying do a1, b1, c1, d1 and e1 per workout? i also have a swingset in my backyard i hang rings on. i just make sure i’m always facing the direction you’re supposed to, and make sure the rings never start to move towards the backside of the bar (or it’ll slip out).
